2. How do I get a quote?

You can request a free, no-obligation quote by filling out the contact form on our website. Our friendly surveyor will then get in touch to arrange a home visit to discuss your project and take measurements.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, or cash. All payments are made in person at the customer’s home, following the final agreement on design and specifications.

4. Are your products made-to-measure?

Yes, all of our kitchen and wardrobe doors, worktops, and splashbacks are made to measure, ensuring they fit your space perfectly. We offer hundreds of colours and designs to choose from, allowing for full customisation.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, cancellations are not accepted once the order has been confirmed and manufacturing has started. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately to see if adjustments can be made.

6. What is your returns policy?

As all our products are made to measure, we do not offer returns unless there is a manufacturing fault. In such cases, please contact us to discuss repair or replacement options.

7. Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we provide full installation services carried out by experienced professionals. We will arrange a suitable time to install your made-to-measure items after they’ve been manufactured.

8. Do you offer a warranty?

We offer a 12-month warranty on materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse. If any issues arise, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist.

9. How long does the process take from quote to installation?

The timeline varies depending on the complexity of your project. Typically, once measurements are taken and designs confirmed, the manufacturing process takes several weeks. We will provide you with an estimated timeline during the consultation.

10. What areas do you cover?

We primarily serve the Tees Valley area, but if you're outside this region, feel free to get in touch, and we can discuss the possibility of extending our service to your location.
